为推动国内外金融学科之间的交流，促进学术界、政策界和实务界之间的互动，果冻传媒 、中国金融研究所、Journal of Empirical Finance（JEF）杂志社于2018年共同发起“金融学术与政策论坛”。论坛的主旨是：以优秀学术研究成果为纽带，为国内外金融学者、政策制定者以及金融从业者之间提供一个充分交流金融理论、政策及实务最新动态的平台；论坛上通过对理论和方法的探讨，对实务经验的分享，以及与国内外著名学术期刊编者之间的互动，让理论与实务、学术与政策相互融合，最终推进中国金融学科的理论创新和金融体系的有序健康发展。金融学术与政策论坛迄今已于对外经济贸易大学及其合办院校成功举办七届，历届论坛共100余位优秀学者作了论文报告，并展开了丰富、深入的学术讨论，逾500名学术同仁莅临，在学术界和实业界都具有较大反响，取得了广泛认可。

党的二十大报告指出，要加快构建新发展格局，着力推动高质量发展，构建高水平社会主义市场经济体制，深化金融体制改革，建设现代中央银行制度，加强和完善现代金融监管，强化金融稳定保障体系，依法将各类金融活动全部纳入监管，守住不发生系统性风险底线。健全资本市场功能，提高直接融资比重。在全面建设社会主义现代化国家的新征程中，党和国家对我国金融领域的工作者提出了更新更高的要求。金融领域一系列重大的理论、实务与政策问题有待各界工作者一起研究与讨论，交流智力成果与实践经验。

在此背景下，第八届金融学术与政策论坛由果冻传媒 与澳门大学工商管理学院承办，计划于2026年12月11-12日在澳门大学举办。本届论坛将延续往届论坛的宗旨，关注经济、金融领域的新动向、新需求，进一步推动学术、实务与政策的发展与对接。本届论坛将接受中文、英文未正式公开发表的关于中国背景、中国问题论文的投稿。《经济学（季刊）》、《国际金融研究》、《金融监管研究》期刊将共同为本届论坛提供学术支持。论坛拟邀请金融学科著名专家作主旨演讲，和与会者深度互动，并举办学科发展建设平行论坛，邀请国内各院校的学科带头人进行深度交流。

为保证论坛的学术质量，论坛组委会将邀请国内外专家组建专门的论文评审委员会，结合本论坛定位对征文进行匿名评审，确定入选论文。在论坛交流的基础上，本届论坛将选取数篇英文论文进入JEF的投稿通道（dual submission）。

本届论坛现面向海内外公开征文。征文须符合本论坛的定位，且须为作者原创的、尚未公开出版的作品，以中英文写作均可，符合学术规范。为便于匿名评审与联系，作者信息（姓名、工作单位、通讯作者、联系电话、电子信箱等）请列于独立的征文果冻传媒。征文作者请于 2026年9月10日之前将征文电子版（PDF格式）发送至[email protected]，邮件主题请注明“金融学术与政策论坛（2026）”征文字样，并在邮件中明确标注论文是否愿意进入JEF的投稿通道(dual submission)。论文入选通知与论坛参加邀请函将于2026年10月8日开始向作者发出。

Call for Papers:

The 8^th China International Forum on Finance and Policy

The China School of Banking and Finance (SBF) at the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) and the Faculty of Business Administration (FBA) at the University of Macau (UM), jointly with the Journal of Empirical Finance (JEF), the China Economic Quarterly, the Studies of International Finance, and Financial Regulation Research, plan to organize the 8^th China International Forum on Finance and Policy (CIFFP) on December 11-12, 2026 in Macau SAR, in an onsite only format.

The purpose of the forum is to provide an international platform for leading financial market researchers, policy makers, and practitioners to exchange ideas on academic research, regulatory policies, and real world applications, thereby promoting the development of academic research, policies and regulations, as well as China’s financial system. The CIFFP conferences have been successfully held in Beijing in 2018-2023 and 2025 and in Guangzhou in 2024. This year, the 8^th CIFFP conference committee welcomes the submission of original unpublished research papers with a China focus. Both English and Chinese language papers will be considered. Papers submitted to the conference will undergo formal review by a committee of domestic and overseas experts.

In addition, this year’s conference offers a dual submission option with the Journal of Empirical Finance (English language papers). Authors must indicate when submitting papers whether they are interested in having their papers considered under the dual submission option. Dual submission papers will be made available for consideration by the JEF editor. At the discretion of the editor, dual submission papers will be sent out for a formal review, in which case the authors will receive copies of the referee reports.

Electronic version of the papers in PDF format should be submitted to [email protected], with the Subject “2026 CIFFP Submission” and dual submission preference indicated in the body of the email. The submission deadline is September 10, 2026 and the program committee’s decision will be sent to the submitting authors on October 8, 2026.
